Maintenance Specialists ensure Castle’s tenants live in safe and functional homes. You will be responsible for:

Filing and triaging new maintenance issues reported by tenants
Assigning contractors to new maintenance issues
Updating maintenance issues with new information from tenants and contractors
Closing completed maintenance issues and paying contractors

Kualifikasi Minimum

Excellent written and spoken English
Some experience with home repairs, construction, or similar
A fast, reliable internet connection
