Administrative Assistant  

The administrative assistant helps with the day to day tasks involved in maintaining the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling and processing orders
• Inventory tracking
• Management of online store
• Producing basic reports
• Coordinating with suppliers and partners
• Data recording, management, and reconciliation
• Other secretarial tasks such as phone and email correspondence, tracking deadlines and deliverables, etc.

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Computer and internet literate
• Good communication skills
• Organized and thorough
• Can multi-task and prioritize
• Have experience in performing administrative and clerical tasks
• English communication skills - verbal and written is a plus
• Knowledge in processing and filing government documents is a plus
• Character references (professor, previous employer, and the like)
• Work experience is a plus
