Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage the implementation team such as customer’s assignment, timeline and SLA setting
  • Analyze customer's business process and requirement
  • Work closely with marketing division to identify client needs and control follow up activities
  • Gathering feedback through follow up and thorough communication with customers
  • Create draft contracts, negotiate terms and ensure a smooth handover to development team

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field
  • Age maximum 35 years
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Having exceptional logical thinking and great attention in detail -
  • Highly initiative to work under minimum supervision
