Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify HR needs of the company, develop and monitor a strategic plan which is equipped with timeline, budget plan, and also operational requirements needed
- Identify talent recruitment, training and development needs of the company by studying organization plans and objectives, and also having discussion with the head of other directorates
- Design company's compensation and benefit strategic planning, including wage/salary structure, bonuses and raises scheme, and also pay system procedures
- Research on the update of HR regulation, identify or observe existing HR practice, and develop a new or make ammendment of HR policy and regulation in this company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor in Human resources or any related field required
- At least 3-5 years in HR Departement, and 3 years experience in leadership position
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, benefits administration, and other HR Function
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skill
