Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and manage the project
- Plan and produce a high quality reports in timely manner
- Delivering the expected deliverables and achieve designated outputs/outcomes within agreed timeline and budget frame
- Implement monitoring and internal evaluation of the project
- Manage, develop and sustain effective communication and working relations with stakeholders, Funding Partners, Government representatives and other key parties
- Ensuring that the project’s objectives are achieved and a universally positive impression of the Company is maintained
- Ensuring the project is on track, well-implemented and deliver all expected deliverables
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Have 3-5 years of experience in consultancy and developmental field
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Preferably have experience working in consultancy or collaborating with third-party organisations, especially in the NGO and government sector
- Experience of developing and presenting high quality papers, presentation, reports to relevant stakeholders
- Experience of coordinating work remotely via email, video conferencing and phone
- Engaging personality, confident in dealing with people at all levels and ability to
- influence
- The ability to juggle a wide range of activities, prioritise own workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excels at administering and coordinating groups of individuals by promoting teamwork, delegating tasks, resolving conflict, setting goals, and evaluating performance
