Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Produce research design document, research budget and time plan, and execute the research
- Design and produce a high-quality research report and relevant publication
- Delivering research results within designed time and budget plan
- Manage, develop and sustain effective communication and working relations with stakeholders, Funding Partners, and other key parties
- Ensuring the research findings is well-understood by the stakeholders or audience of the research
- Ensuring that the research’s objectives are achieved and a universally positive impression of the Company is maintained.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a field that relevant with the research area
- Have 0-3 years of research or working experience in relevant field
- Strong research skills
- Exceptional research skills
- Strong knowledge on various research methodology
- Proven experience in research projects in relevant field
- The ability to juggle a wide range of activities, prioritise own workload, deal with conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines
