Our Property Specialist are responsible for promoting & selling leisure development projects of CDMC.
- Promote the sale of property assigned
- Look for prospective buyers
- Prepare & facilitate client presentation
- Negotiate with clients
- Maintain constant contact with clients
- Persuade clients to invest in CDMC projects
- Perform various sales activities such as saturation drives, flyering, official business meeting and others.
