Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The F&B Program for Interns/Trainees is designed to:
- Familiarize the participants with the procedures, policies, and day-to-day operations of the hotel, or a fine dining restaurant.
- Be exposed to the different stations of the department and they will be well guided as they go along with their internship/training under close supervision from the F&B Supervisors and Managers.
- Allow the participants to practice world-class guest service processes and techniques, which help them master proper food handling standards, guest service guidelines, and the know-how of the F&B Department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh Graduates of Hospitality Course
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Hospitality/Culinary field with at least a year of experience in Front Office/Reception position
- Physically and mentally fit to work
- Has passion for Customer Service / Frontline Position
- Goal oriented
- Desire to be exposed in the operations of the hotel or restaurant in an international setup (USA)
- Willing to be trained by the Industry's top Professionals (e.g. Hotel's Executive Chef)
