Senior Quality Assurance Engineer  

• Study and investigate standard or domain knowledge/technologies relevant to the product to be tested
• Prepare a Test Plan for the system or component to be tested
• Design and define test scenarios and test sequences for the whole product or testing scope, based on all relevant technical documentation
• Review and question functional specifications for the purpose of deriving test criteria
• Review the product test matrix or test checklist to ensure complete test coverage
• Make test scripts, test programs or utilities using any programming or scripting language, including clear and correct documentation
• Review product development documents for technical consistency, functional accuracy and compliance with requirements
• Execute test procedures independently or in collaboration with customers and/or their testing team using various test methods and techniques
• Track and manage defect reports to closure
• Generate Test Report describing the test results, analysis of test evidences, and quality evaluation vs criteria at minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar course

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, SQL

Programming Experience, Competencies:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual and automated web application Testing
• Experience with the following test automation tools and framework is desired: SpecFlow, Cucumber
• Good understanding of the development process specifically Agile SDLC, TDD and BDD
• Experience with the following tools is desired: Atlassian products (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence), Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office
• Familiar with relevant technologies/languages: REST API,Gherkin, Node.js, Typescript, HTML
