Reports directly to Floorplan Managers. The Floor Planner is mainly responsible for plotting floor plans for each campaign within the 24-hour turn around time ensuring client and company standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making floor plans with 24-hour turn-around time following client and company standards
- Meet deadlines on a daily basis
- Ensure all work consistently meets standards set forth by the company and the client
- Perform other task when necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Working experience in related fields is an advantage
- Proficient in AUTOCAD/ ZW CAD
- Understanding of residential buildings
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), ability to accurately articulate problem to local Managers as well as Head Office
- Results focused, we have to meet our daily targets 100% of the time
- Tenacious, impeccable attention to detail
- Experience working with Australian companies an advantage
- A genuine and nice person with a great attitude and is a fast learner
- Must have a positive attitude
