Accounting Assistant  

Work in Campaigntrack’s Accounts department. Report directly to Finance Manager in Sydney and Finance & Accounts Manager in the Philippines. Responsible for ensuring all tasks from Sydney are completed on time.Responsible to ensure accurate preparation and submission of financial reports and maintenance of accounting books.To provide customer service in accordance with accounts policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivables (AR) processing:
• Ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system
• Ensure timely and accurate application of client payments and credit memos
• Perform daily bank reconciliation of bank accounts
• Answer customer queries on payments
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information strictly confidential
• Communicate with clients in relation to key responsibilities
• Maintain excellent and reliable customer service
• Perform ad hoc tasks in connection to the assigned responsibilities
