Template Designer  

Job Summary:

Responsible for producing online artwork for our customers. Under the supervision of Team Leaders, Quality Controllers, Trainers and working closely with Helpdesk and Supervisors to deliver excellent service, communication and high-quality online artwork for our customer with good turn around times.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Production Supervisors and Quality Control Team to ensure the quality of templates and deliver within the required due date
• Continuously coming up with new ways and ideas to work better and smarter

Production

• Efficiently produce and alter templates by the required deadline to the standard quality and is brand compliant
• Working closely with the Team Leader and Helpdesk to provide urgent requests within a very tight turn around times
• Work closely with Quality Controller(s) to ensure the quality of templates

Training and Development

• Develop a good understanding of Artspeed Evo and internal systems
• Continuously learn and strengthen skills and understanding of Adobe InDesign, Adobe CS, coding and technique to effectively and efficiently produce online artwork
• Continuously learn different specifications and requirements for various artwork including signboards, different publications, brochures, mail cards
• Ability to come up with new ways and ideas to work better and smarter

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Seek to resolve design and advertising complaints and disputes efficiently.
• Helpfully assist our customers with the implementation of online artwork requests.

Job Requirements:

• BS Degree in IT or Multimedia Arts
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player / Proactive Team Member
• Self-starter, who is proactive and uses initiative
• Programming experience is an advantage
• High attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Design skills and experience and understanding of print concepts
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Basic Level in Adobe Indesign
• Basic Level in Dreamweaver coding
• Basic Level in Adobe creative suite
