Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acs as a sales support in Online Sales of the company.
- Maintains proper and updated inventory of all computer hardware, peripherals and software’s both located in the computer laboratory and in the institution’s offices.
- Ensures that all computer users have been properly oriented on its use and care.
- Schedules and regularly performs maintenance on computer equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance of all computers and its paraphernalia on a regular basis.
- Installs new software and software upgrades.
- Keeps all computers and its paraphernalia clean and operational at all times.
- Maintains database of computer equipment configurations, service, warranties and problem reports.
- Coordinates with suppliers in the repairs of computers and its paraphernalia.
- Act as first line support for hardware, software and network problems.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software problems; makes repairs. C
- Communicates with hardware/software vendors and with support staff to resolve problems.
- Communicates with staff to diagnose problems and keep them informed on technical issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
- Preferably with at least 1-year experience in the same field
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to start immediately

The store also ventured into developing photos but stopped in 2003 to pave way for the digital camera product lines. We are carrying the digital brand of Canon, Sony, FujiFilm, Nikon and more.
