Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Resolve customer inquiries via email and chat on online open markets (Shopee, Lazada)
- Register items online and manage customer's orders
- Manage promotions
- Trace packages and monitor the issues.
- Temporary work from home
※ This position is for the night shift : 3pm to 12am (UTC+8)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have 1-2 years solid call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with customers
- Preferably Knowledgeable on beauty, fashion terms
- Has background experience in open markets (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Preferences:
- Ability to speak and write Korean is an advantage.
