Backend Software Engineer / DevOps Engineer
We hire software engineers with a broad set of technical skills to improve the service experience of our products and to automate the repetitive operational tasks.
The primary goal is to implement the backend software for edge service which is purger written by python.
As a software engineer, you will develop backend software mainly, and also as a devops engineer, you will deploy them and maintain them.
You can have opportunities to switch projects in the future because job scope of the team is very diverse.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the software
• Measure, monitor, analyze and improve the systems
• Work closely with the peer teams to provide better service/operation experience
• Maintain the legacy solutions

• 5 years or more working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages, or ready to use Python or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Linux system and web related technologies like web service architecture and networking protocols.
• Highly motivated for new skills, technologies, jobs, tasks and projects.

Preferences

• Working knowledge of CI/CD solutions to automate building, testing and deployment
• Working experience of large scaled distribution systems, microservices architecture, and/or container systems.
• Working knowledge of big-data solutions and/or log processing systems
• Working knowledge of configuration management systems like ansible, chef, puppet, saltstack.
• Experience with DevOps or SRE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
