Junior Accounting Associate  

Our company is in need of an Accounting Associate who will join our team and will work closely together with the Senior Associates and the Managing Partner from planning, execution and carrying out quality bookkeeping and other accounting services to the clients.

• Execute day-to-day activities of the company’s internal accounting duties as well as bookkeeping engagements of various clients.
• Responsible for managing financial records that track the clients’ expenditures, profit and loss cash flow, and other financial activities.
• Maintenance of check vouchers, accounts payable, journal vouchers, petty cash vouchers and funds, company books and accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy in the completion of supporting documents for preparation and approval of the following:
• Disbursement voucher as required in the check preparation.
• Summary of cash release of requesting individuals for preparation of fund transfer voucher.
• Monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Regular recording in the books of accounts via accounting system
• Monitor and record issuance of Official Receipts.
• Process payroll and government mandatories in a timely manner.
• Comply with government reporting requirements and submission to BIR, SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as required.
• Have a minimum of two (2) years working experience handling general accounting tasks (end-to-end process).

Willing to work in Makati area, Mondays to Fridays, 8am – 5pm

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Willing to work immediately as the position is urgent.
