Quality Service Coordinator is responsible in coordinating and facilitating excellent hospital services. Quality Service Coordinator is responsible in monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Gathers and prepares patient satisfaction survey report of In-patient and out-patient thru analysis and graphical representation.
