Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsible for the overall sales generation revenue and operational efficiency.
Develop and train sales associates and executive members by conducting daily sales observations and weekly sales meetings
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Maintain customer experience through team member interaction.

Kualifikasi Minimum

A graduate of any Business related course
3+ years of retail/consumer goods sales experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig Area

Skills Required:

Ability to build and maintain relationships and apply skills; and to train and develop staff
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
