Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports Sales Promodisers/BBDOs acquired by service provider agencies and coordinates sales activities within the company to achieve its sales target.
- Monitors area sales record.
- Attends to monthly meetings arranged by the Area Supervisor/HR for sales update.
- Analyzes inventory and allocating proper Monthly Sales Plan.
- Makes request/approval of promo personnel, stocks and supplies needed in the store operations.
- Communicates with the Store Consignor’s Officers for store concerns.
- Coordinates any problems/issues encountered by Sales Promodiser in their sales to Area Supervisor; promotional routines to Area Supervisor/Marketing Department and misdemeanor to HR – Sales Operation.
- Submits sales reports required by Area Supervisor.
- Responsible in making Purchase Order for Outright Stores.
- Ensure proper display in stores handled.
- Conducts store visits to check on actual conditions of the sales area.
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established.
- Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate
- With at least 2 to 3 years work experience in sales
- Has provincial residence in Visayas
- Knows how to speak Bisaya and/or any local language
- Willing to stay at Visayas area (coordination with Manila Head Office via phone and emails; quarterly reporting to Manila Head Office)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the sales process, techniques and tools, and how to apply them appropriately
- Familiar with all the products of the company
- Highly organized, systematic, competitive and team-centered
- Able to build strategic client relationship/PR
- With good communication skills, customer service and leadership skills
- Able to work with all the levels in the organization
- Computer literate
