Sales Coordinator  

GENERAL FUNCTION/S

The position is primarily responsible in supporting the Sales Department to achieve its sales target by constant and efficient monitoring of sales and inventory records and maintain constant communication with the stores.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Supervises Sales Promodisers acquired from the subcontractors;
• Supports Sales Promodisers and coordinates sales activities within the company to achieve its sales target;
• Attends to monthly meetings arranged by the Merchandising Supervisors/HR for sales update;
• Responsible in analyzing inventory and allocating proper Monthly Sales Plan;
• Responsible in making request of promo personnel, stocks and supplies needed in the store operations;
• Communicates with the Store Consignor’s Officers for store concerns;
• Coordinates the problems/issues encountered by Sales Promodiser in their sales to the Merchandising Supervisor; promotional routines to Marketing Department and misdemeanor to HR – Sales Operation;
• Submits sales reports required by Merchandising Supervisor;
• Conducts store visits to check on actual conditions of the sales area;
