You will not only be the voice of the community, but you will also be responsible for engaging with the followers to maintain and manage the desired community experience by enhancing community happiness. What does a typical day look like?

• Interacting with community members via chat

• Active method: Creating and publishing content to boost engagement such as polls, ideas, questions, etc.

• Passive method: Responding to FAQs or chiming in on ongoing discussions

• Enforcing the community’s code of conduct by warning and/or removing members exhibiting bad or fraudulent behavior

• Identifying and reporting trends such as recurrent topics or questions

What makes you qualified?

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Community Moderation Specialist or equivalent role, communicating with international clients via chat

• Outstanding written communication skills

• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly

• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized

• Ability to work shifting schedules as required

What will make you stand out?

• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency

• Personal experience in trading crypto, either short-term (day trading) or long-term (investing)

• Working knowledge of community-building platforms such as Telegram and Discord
