The responsibilities you will have at BUNCH are:
- Engaging with customers and users on chat - occasional inbound or outbound calls
- Responding to email and support tickets
- Ensuring a high Customer Satisfaction level
- Reporting key metrics

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree or College Level
- Relevant experience in eCommerce is a must
- Excellent English Communication skills in both written and verbal
- Outstanding empathy levels in conversations
- Ready and confident to take calls
- Knowledge of Customer Support Software like Zendesk
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willingness to develop a long-term career in a high-demand, high-reward environment
