- Ensure operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes of other local government agency codes.
- Ensure strict compliance with the rules and regulations re: Senior Citizens Discount.
- Orient, train, and develop Store Associates.
- Review prescriptions issued by Physicians or other authorized prescribers to ensure correctness and accuracy in dispensing pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure that customer prescriptions are being prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the 5 criteria for Generic Star Rating as mandated by RA6675/AO s’89.Generics Drug list.
- Contain complete list of stocks classified generically and with updated prices.Generic Menu cards of 10 Essential Drugs.
- Displayed at the sales counter and with updated prices.
- General info posters.
- Displayed conspicuously.
- Keep fully served Rx on file for at least 2 years, systematically recorded in the Rx book.
- Assist during peak hours in the dispensing of drugs and other items.
- Monitor and balance stock inventory and transactions periodically.
- Serve as the Liaison Officer to the Food and Drug Administration.
- Ensure that the company is in full compliance to all regulatory requirements of the Food and Drug Administration.
- This applies to all necessary licenses (License to Operate – Pharmacy, Drug or Cosmetics), permits & registration.
- Represent the company during FDA inspection and shall appear / be present in FDA inspections.
- Take charge of Senior Citizen logs and presenting these logs to the FDA.
- Assist Pharmacy Assistants in dispensing, providing drug information, patient care, and counseling.
- Inform BFAD office on any change in business status.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least has any of the following in Pharmacy or Pharmacology:
- Bachelor’s / College degree
- Professional License
- Passed Board, Bar, or Professional License Exam
- Data entry experience in MS Word and Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
