Treasury Manager  

Job Summary

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all Treasury functions, cash management and other bank related concerns.

Functions

• Ascertains proper bank deposit of received collections
• Approves disbursements and replenishment of funds in accordance with set guidelines
• Ensures timely release of salaries & related benefits (allowances/ incentive payments per prescribed schedule)
• Audits funds on daily basis and coordinates with Accounting to ensure accomplishment of the Cash Reconciliation sheet
• Ensures that records of all transactions are properly maintained and accurate
• Responsible for the safekeeping of assigned unprinted and processed checks
• Responsible for the full implementation of approved policies and procedures of the Department.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Banking and Finance, Accountancy or related courses
• At least 5 years relevant work experience in funds management or treasury functions with 2 years in managerial level
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Must be well-versed in various MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software preferably Oracle.
• Organized, highly analytical and keen to details.
• With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
• Must possess highest degree of integrity and professionalism
