SALES ACHIEVEMENT AND MONITORING
- Reviews all service and product sales/performance on a daily and monthly basis.
- Recommends necessary operational and marketing actions to increase revenue.
- Provides and analyzes income and expense statements for the determination of branch profitability.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Provides clear directions and establishes regular and clear line of communication within subordinates to address operational, sales, employee, and independent contractor concerns.
- Addresses client complaints based on sound judgment and in accordance to the established policies and procedures.
BRANCH MANAGEMENT
- Upholds standards by ensuring compliance with aesthetical, sanitary, and safety standards.
- Ensures compliance with government and store administration requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in any customer-related establishment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Dynamic and results-oriented.
- Proficient in various office and operations software.
- Willing to be assigned in various branches from time to time.
