Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Handle queries and complaints of customers and business partners received thru phone and email
- Ensure that all queries and complaints are obtained and processed well to provide first call resolution
- Receive requests for on-site repairs from corporate clients and coordinate these requests with the Technical Support Group
- Provide technical assistance to walk-in customers
- Receive and assess defective machines of customers and provide information on the necessary repairs to be done
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Must have at least 6 months to 1-year experience in call center industry
- Excellent in both oral and written communications
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Patient, highly driven, and highly motivated
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply who meet at least 3 of the following criteria:
