Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Arrange travel arrangements
- Filing and organizing documents
- Helping prepare for meetings and accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Perform other task to be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- Fresh Graduate are Welcome to appy
- Willing to be assign in Mckinley Taguig
- With experience as executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience is Advantage
- Advance Microsoft office Skills
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- With Good communication and presentation skills;
- Willing to work Night Shift
