Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides assistance in preparing client presentations, company profile, marketing materials and proposals to Client
- Files and organizes fit-out project documents like working plan blue prints, specifications, bill of materials, progress reports and permits. Secure copies directly from concerned personnel like project engineers and vendors.
- Consolidates documents and process building permit, occupancy permit and other permits required at Business District Association Management, PEZA, Local Government Building Official and other government agencies. Coordinates directly with stake holders like project engineer, sub-contractors, building management and government agencies
- Monitors Personnel Request, deployment and allocation per project and coordinates with concerned team or personnel if there are items that need attention.
- Secure quotations from reputable companies and process insurance requirements for fit-out projects.
- Performs other duties & responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of 3 years technical course
- Preferably Engineering Technology, Architecture or Civil Engineering Certification
- Fresh graduate or one year work experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Team Player and can Multi-task
