Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and acknowledges helpdesk request
- Handles inquiries from walk-in visitors and applicants and client's employees
- Handles meeting room reservation and ensures that required amenities like projectors, chairs and food provided
- Received mail, letters and parcels and handles distribution within company and outside the company through accredited messenger and courier company
- Reserves hotel rooms and accredited local hotel and ensures that guest are properly taken care of
- Answers incoming phone calls and direct them to the right person or department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Working knowledge with office equipment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good organizational skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
