Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position provides on-site Administrative Support services to the Client.
This includes responsibilities like:
- Office supplies management
- Courier and messenger scheduling
- Vendor billing processing
- Transport services management
- Hotel reservations and front desk
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3year of working experience
- With Experience in Construction Company
- Know how to Process Business Permits, Occupany Permits, PEZA & PCAB
- Process oriented, very keen on the quality of work and detail-oriented person.
- Know how to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Power point).
