- Shall be responsible for managing General Accounting and Financial Planning
- Assists in the closing of monthly books of accounts, budget forecasting preparation, prepares assigned analysis and expense monitoring
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s books of accounts and satisfaction of Regional and Corporate information requirements within the framework of GAAP, IFRS, NIRC and internal control guidelines set by the Regional offices
- Monitors and reviews the department’s work processes to develop efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy and complying with the internal control guidelines.
- Train, supervises, motivates and develop accounting staff.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of B.S. Commerce or Accountancy;
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
- With at least 8 years working experience in all facets of accounting in a Multinational Company, where 5 years of which is in a supervisory level position, with audit experience obtained from a reputable auditing firm;
- Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, National Internal Revenue Code and Internal Control;
- Good oral and written communications skills;
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, and/or SAP (preferred);
- Good analytical skills;
- Team player, hardworking and has personal and professional integrity;
- Trustworthy;
- Can do multi-tasking and function well under pressure;
- Must be willing to work in Makati City;
