Sales and Marketing Intern

• Help strategize in terms of digital marketing, SEO and sales
• Support the Marketing and Sales Team in different marketing tasks.
• Create/Maintain Leads/Prospect database
• Provide initial communication with Clients
• Provide outbound/inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service
• Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, target and objectives
• Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customer's buy-in
• Participate in organizing company events
• Targetting events and roadshows as a demand generation activity

• Background in Sales and Marketing
• Knowledgeable of social media management and email marketing.
• Able to develop sales marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Willingness to step out of your comfort zone
• Efficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks at hand
• Self-starter in resolving problems and seeking points of improvement

• Background in advertising, content creation, and/or product design.
• Graphic design skills.
• Copy writing skills
• Having already written/built a chatbot.
• Software development skills.
