Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for receiving, checking, and encoding documents or requirements of clients.
- Responsible for storage, cataloging, and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain the integrity of working documents and update the documentation when revised.
- Responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course.
- Work experience related to the position is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
