Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage parts of construction projects
- Oversee housing and land development inspection.
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Responsible for the DMAIC process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Work experiences related to the position are an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Team player and has good communication skills.
- Amenable to be assigned to different site projects of the company.
- (Willing to be relocated)
