Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the safekeeping of original documents, permits & plans.
- Manage soft copy and hard copy of plans
- Perform reproduction of plans to be signed by the concerned Engineers including cancellation and superseding of old documents.
- Prepare documentary requirements for permits application.
- Responsible for accurate transmission of documents, permits & plans.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferably major in Office Management.
- Computer literate and must have good interpersonal skills.
- Team player and must have attention to detail.
- Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
