Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for overseeing commercial and investment properties of the company.
- Supervise building utility and maintenance personnel.
- Report to Management on the status of commercial and investment properties of the company.
- Handle problems and concerns of the company’s tenants.
- Ensure timely compliance with building permits and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the proper implementation of preventive maintenance on the properties of the company.
- Oversee development, maintenance or renovation projects of the company
- Review and signing of plans and designs related to his/her field or area of expertise.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related engineering course such as Civil, Mechanical or Industrial.
- Work experience related to the position is preferred
