Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Research social media trends and monitors all company’s social media account
- Create and plan social media content calendar
- Conceptualize and execute social media posters (layout) & motion graphics (video)
- Create social media monthly report then handle existing and new accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding immediately and taking care of end to end sales coordination from prospecting, to order, to fulfillment, to after-sales service (sec dep, damages, returns)
- Build brand awareness and responsible for looking for new trends and new items
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Create marketing plans and make a marketing calendar for the year
- Analyze customers' behaviors and habits
- Update catalogue whenever there are new items by doing photoshoot and adding the new items to the catalogue
- Doing product shoots
- Assess sponsorships and make recommendations on whether we should sponsor
- Keep updated on best practices and trends
- Attend events such as bridal fairs, meet with prospective clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts/Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in social media management and graphic design is a huge advantage.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite
- Possessing motion graphics skills is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Willing to work in C&L Décor sister company of Borland Development Corporation.
- Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City
