Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project management and maintenance of all facilities such as water, electricity, repair, & renovation.
- Oversee the estate management (building Admin) of these leasable projects through dedicated estate administrators of each project site.
- Performed monitoring performance and building maintenance procedures.
- Developing facility emergency and various management plans.
- Assist in the development of new leasable projects.
- Compliance to Government permits and regulations
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of identified leasable projects.
- Assist in marketing of identified projects and lease agreements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration or Engineering related course.
- Computer literate and possess good communication skills.
- Above average discipline and skill in handling routines, reports, and performance indicator meetings.
- Preferably with driving skills.
- Willing to travel to property and project sites as needed.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
