Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overall in charge of operations, coordination and supervision of the team
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Ensure that customers are happy with our service by providing on-time delivery, complete orders and quality set up.
- Responsible for overall planning/scheduling and ensuring complete and efficient deliveries/pullouts.
- Ensure that the items are delivered and returned in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages.
- Ensure smooth ingress and egress by closely coordinating with other departments and our customers.
- Investigate customer concerns and feedbacks, and come up with action plans to improve customer service.
- Analyze, improve and review operational policies and procedures for long term stability.
- Ensure that items are in usable condition for events by running an efficient inspection and maintenance system.
- Responsible for training and development of the team.
- Perform other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operation Management related course.
- Must have at least 5 years related work experience to the position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Operations or equivalent.
- Excellent management skill
- Candidate should be highly organized, logical, accurate with good communication skills
- Willing to work in C&L Decor, sister company of Borland Development Corporation.
- Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
