Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive and check documents submitted from the marketing site offices.
- Prepare deed of absolute sale needed for the transfer of title.
- Responsible for weekly preparation and submission of complete documents to collection.
- Perform preparation of sales report for HLURB purposes.
- Endorse all completed initial requirement to reservation staff.
- Encode and print of Westbrook Finance Corporation forms during occupancy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Work experience related to the position is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
