- Learn about assigned client, including key contacts, unique requirements and operating processes
- Cascade updates on processes when prescribed by the Team Captain and or client and makes sure that the team understands it correctly
- Communicate any process failure, clarification, or question to Team Captain
- Efficiently research press releases and regulatory filings for information on mergers and acquisitions to identify key transaction data for the TagniFi M&A database.
- Enter the transaction data accurately in the TagniFi system.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Familiar with corporate transactions and M&A.
- Graduated in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Experienced in collecting data.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
