Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Office Manager with numerous daily accounting and administrative activities to assure all customer payables are accurate and promptly processed and properly filed, reports are updated, and invoices are collated. This person would also offer assistance to any administrative/ accounting concerns.
Principal Accountabilities
- Collates and forwards invoices and statement
- Update and maintain various spreadsheets, reports, and documents
- Fax and email request for charges and follow up with companies
- Assists with payroll
- Assist with processing documents for delivery to clients
- Assure all paperwork is properly processed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Accountancy or any equivalent courses.
- Knowledgeable and/or experienced in Administrative/Accounting, Bookkeeping or any related field
- Proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good customer-relationship skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Thorough, detail-oriented and precise
