Multimedia Artist

The Multimedia Artists will assist the Marketing Team with the production and implementation of all the company’s and its partners’ and subsidiaries’ creative requirements. This position will also be responsible for the management of the organization’s creative library and materials database.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creative design solutions that have high visual impact
• Creates branding proposals, advertising materials, books, magazines, brochures, folders, packaging, exhibitions and display materials, flyers, and online materials such as Facebook and Instagram posts, online ads and banners, as well as company AVPs and other video material.
• Responsible for creating branding standard guidelines for the company and ensuring all design outputs are aligned with company's standards
• Prepares rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviews final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Software Expertise:

Applicants should have extensive knowledge of the use of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere / After Effects

• Possesses Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Video / Motion Graphics creation and editing and Layout Skills
• Possesses Photography and Videography Skills
• Must have experience and knowledge in production of print and digital materials
• Must be detail-oriented, output-driven, deadline-driven, innovative and pro-active
• Must be passionate and open to improvements and skill enhancements
• Must be creative, dynamic thinker, resourceful and has initiative
• Must be a team player; works in collaboration with other members of the marketing team, and other departments.
• Must have excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Must excel in a working team environment
