Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Merchandising Associate for imports deals with the processing of orders, shipments, and claims. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Interact day to day with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure the smooth flow of merchandise.
- Transmit relevant information to various departments.
- Maintain and update files of the Merchandising Department.
- Prepare, process, and file import purchase orders by supplier.
- Track shipments and keep an up-to-date file of estimated arrivals of shipments.
- Encode the new imported home items into the system.
- Remove discontinued items from the system.
- Confirm branch reservations (upon branch's request).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented.
