Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensuring compliance with government license and documentation requirements
- Preparing reports, internal/external memos and letters as required
- Facilitating on-time renewal of business permits; processing the company’s Permit Documentation and License requirements for compliance (DOLE, BIR, SSS, BANKING, SEC etc.)
- Act as liaison during visit of the government offices
- Deliver and collect documents
- Filing and processing documents with third parties and government agencies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must have the ability to negotiate favourable outcomes in conflict situations
- Must be analytical and solution oriented
