Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proper selection and classification of target MDs, Allied Professionals/Personnel, hospitals, and other outlets
- Submits monthly itinerary for review by BUM and final approval by NSM/MD
- Conducts daily coverage based on approved itinerary
- Carries with him/her clear folders/sales catalog with all BIOSOLUTIONS products assigned to him
- Immediately submits sales lead/requirement to FS Clerk who in turn submits to the NSM for turnover to AM or BUM concerned
- Submits weekly reports to FS Clerk for review by BUM
- Monitoring of government and private hospital accreditation
- As shall undergo training on basic product knowledge and basic selling skills
- Promotes all the product portfolio of products assigned to his business unit
- Attends pre-bid conference with AM/PM and likewise assists in checking and final review of BIDDING DOCUMENTS
- Schedules demo and delivery, with proper coordination with PM and AM.
- Follow up and process collections.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-4 year experience in Sales
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to start immediately
