Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide before and after sales support from different communication channels in a prompt manner
- After Sales Support – Handling inquiries from customers via e-mail and live chat. Verifying customer's account with submitted KYC documents
- Assist marketing team (English to Thai and vice versa translation in marketing research)
- Perform follow-up communication activities through different channels
- Ensure that required information is logged into the Backoffice system pertaining to players information and requests
- Assess and handle customer complaints
- Maintain competency level in terms of technical know-how and pass all functions certification assessments
- Work with team in managing day to day task activities
- Handle other projects and tasks as delegated.
- Adhere to goals and objectives set forth by the company.
- Practice and maintain department policies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-year experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment
- Proficiency in reading and writing Thai language
- Able to assess and evaluate requests to aid in the decision making for processing of clients' requests to comply with policy and procedures
- Willing to relocate to Pasig City, NCR, Manila, Philippines
