Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overall supervision on checking and verifying source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
- Allocating and posting financial transaction details to subsidiary books
- Transfering data to general ledger/s
- Reconciling and balancing all accounts
- Assisting in drawing up financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet) with the Accounting team
- Assisting in the collating and analyzing account data and generate financial reports
- Tracking and maintaining inventory records
- Maintaining internal control systems
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing checks, payments and bank deposits
- Assisting in complying with relevant reporting requirements, and calculating and preparing tax payments
- Maintaining complete filing system to support company's financial records
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred but not a requirement
- Knowledge with international accounting software, like SAP, JD Edwards, ORACLE preferably with Access Dimension and working knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
- Minimum of three years experience dealing with international companies
- Advance in Excel, Word and MS application
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
