Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary responsibility of the Accounting Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day accounting and investment functions of the company by maintaining and producing financial information and accounting tasks of the company accounts and records.
- To supervise the over-all accounting system and provide monthly financial statements
- Manages Accounts Payable which includes AP disbursement which ahndles check disbursement, petty cash and BIR related matters
- Supervises all month end and year end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any business related course
- Familiar in current accounting standards
- Ability to perform job with minimum supervision and communicate information effectively
- Results-oriented and proactive
- Must be computer literate (proficient in MS Office; knowledge in Accounting System)
