Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Marketing Support Group is a back office work, supporting the sales department and Logistics department. his/her duties are:
- Receive and Verify of O.R.
- Check if the Daily Reports matches the Weekly Reports and Replenishment form
- Input/Encode into Company software
- Create payroll summary using official format
- Email to Head office payroll summary, D&R report
- Prepares the area's salary and Coordinate with the office when the salary has been deposited
- Coordinating with the push girls/sales lady regarding a variety of issues and salary concerns
- Monitoring new deployed saleslady and searches for potential applicants through social media and other mediums.
- Ask for updates from Supervisor's team regarding new/inactive personnel
- Assist applicants with their inquiries
- Train Push girls if the need arises
Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must at least have a Driver's license no. 2 (manual)

Strong analytical and planning skills
